Description

Macawber House is an Edwardian house just outside the Market town of Wincanton. It has outstanding views over the Blackmore Vale and is close to Sherborne, with its stunning Abbey, Shaftesbury, Salisbury, Wells, Bath, Glastonbury and the Cheddar Gorge. Both Longleat and Stourhead Gardens and House are nearby.

Accommodation
Macawber House offers two twin bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms.

Prices are: £70 per room and £40 for single person.

Television and tea making facilities are also provided

Breakfast is served in the dining room in winter and on the terrace during the Summer months.

An evening meal at Macawber House can be arranged in advance if required, alternativley there is an excellent choice of good pubs or restaurants for an evening meal, locally.
